When you report someone, the report lands with the session context already attached — who, when, and what the room showed. A moderator reviews it against our rules, and confirmed violations lead to action on the account, up to a permanent ban.
We do not promise a fixed response time, because a rushed review helps nobody. What we can promise is the process: every report is read, urgent safety issues jump the queue, and we never tell the reported user who flagged them.
