House Rules: Keep It Fun, Keep It Consensual
ChaturbateCall works because everyone in the room chose to be there. These guidelines exist to keep it that way — they are part of the Terms of Service, and breaking them has real consequences.
1. Consent Comes First, Every Time
Everything on ChaturbateCall — watching, chatting, cam2cam, private shows — happens between adults who are all participating willingly. A "no", a closed camera, an ended session: each of those is a complete sentence.
Pressure is the violation, not just persistence. If someone has declined, ended, or gone quiet, that is the end of the request. Rerouting around a refusal is the fastest way off this platform.
2. Adults Only — No Exceptions, Ever
ChaturbateCall is strictly 18+ (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Nothing involving minors is permitted in any form — no content, no roleplay, no "jokes", no discussion.
If you suspect anyone on the platform is underage, report it immediately and end the session. Accounts flagged this way are reviewed as a priority and removed. This rule has no gray area and never will.
3. Treat People Like People
The short list of what is not welcome in any room, chat or session:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or degrading someone for who they are
- Continuing to contact someone who has asked you to stop
- Recording, screenshotting or redistributing another person's content without their consent
- Posting anyone's private information — real names, addresses, socials
- Impersonating another user, a model, or ChaturbateCall staff
Models and members are both covered by these rules, in both directions. Nobody's time on camera makes them fair game.
4. Money Stays on the Platform
All payments on ChaturbateCall happen through tokens in the official checkout, with prices shown before you pay. Asking other users for money, gift cards, crypto or external transfers is prohibited — no matter how good the story sounds.
The same goes for pushing people toward off-site links, other apps, or "private pages". Moving a conversation off-platform is how scams start, and it is treated that way here. The cam chat safety guide shows the patterns worth recognising.
5. Keep It Legal
Nothing illegal where you are or where we operate: no drugs, weapons or illegal goods on camera, no fraud, no spam, no advertising other services. Bots, scrapers and automation against the platform are likewise prohibited.
6. Reporting and Blocking — How It Works
Every room and session has block and report one tap away. Block ends contact immediately and is entirely your call — you never need a reason or anyone's permission.
Reports go to a real moderation team with the context attached, and they are never shown to the reported person as coming from you. If you are unsure whether something "counts", report it anyway — false alarms cost us a minute; unreported abuse costs someone else much more. 7. What Happens When Someone Breaks the Rules
Depending on what a review finds, enforcement can be:
- A warning, for first-time or minor violations
- Feature limits or suspension, for repeated or moderate ones
- Permanent removal, for severe or repeated serious violations
- Referral to authorities, where the law or someone's safety requires it
We do not arbitrate in public and we do not negotiate outcomes in chat. Where an account is removed for a violation, unused tokens are generally not refunded — the Terms of Service have the details.
8. Your Side of the Bargain
Moderation is the backstop, not the wall. The habits that keep you safest — a nickname instead of a real name, a neutral background, sharing gradually — are yours to build, and our nine safety rules are the fastest way to build them.
