The Rules of the Room, in Plain English

This is the agreement between you and ChaturbateCall. We wrote it to be read by humans, not just lawyers — if any clause is unclear, ask us before guessing.

1. Accepting These Terms

Using chaturbatecall.com means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — that really is the whole deal.

These terms cover everything we run: the public pages, the live rooms, cam2cam sessions, private shows, chat, and tokens.

2. Who Can Use ChaturbateCall

ChaturbateCall is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if that is higher — and by using the site you confirm that you are.

Accounts are personal. Do not share yours, sell it, or let anyone underage anywhere near it. Accounts we believe are being used by a minor are removed, permanently.

3. What ChaturbateCall Actually Is

ChaturbateCall is a browser-based live cam platform: public rooms you can watch and chat in, private cam chat for one-on-one time, and cam2cam when both sides turn their cameras on. Nothing to download, on desktop or mobile.

We connect you with other people. We do not vouch for who they are, supervise every conversation live, or guarantee any particular person will be online when you arrive. Features evolve, and parts of the service may change or be withdrawn over time.

4. Your Content and What Others See

You own what you create. By showing content on ChaturbateCall you give us the licence we need to host, transmit and display it so the service can function — nothing more exotic than that.

Be clear-eyed about the other side of the camera: anything you show can be captured by the person watching, through screenshots or a second device, and no platform on earth can prevent that. Do not show what you would not want to exist beyond the moment. Our Safety Center goes deeper on this.

5. What You Agree Not to Do

The short, human version of the rules — the full version lives in the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms:

  • No harassment, threats, or pressure of any kind
  • No contact after someone has asked you to stop
  • No recording or sharing another person's content without their consent
  • No posting anyone's private information
  • No asking users for money, gift cards, crypto or off-platform payments
  • No asking for passwords, verification codes or payment details
  • No impersonating another person or ChaturbateCall staff
  • No bots, scrapers or automation against the service
  • Nothing involving minors — ever, in any form

6. Tokens and Payments

Watching public rooms and chatting is free to start. Private shows, cam2cam upgrades and tips run on tokens, and the price is always shown to you before anything is charged — there are no surprise meters.

Tokens are a licence to use features inside ChaturbateCall. They are not money, not a deposit, not transferable off the platform, and carry no cash value. A tip is a platform interaction, not a bank transfer to another person.

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at support[at]chaturbatecall.com — retype the [at] as a normal @. Billing disputes raised with us are handled case by case under the refund terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to account restriction while things get sorted.

7. Third Parties

We rely on third parties for things like payment processing and infrastructure, and the site may link to places we do not run. Their terms and privacy practices are their own — a link is not an endorsement.

8. Intellectual Property

The ChaturbateCall name, brand, design and software belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable licence to use the service — not to copy it, resell it, or build on top of it.

9. Enforcement and Ending Access

Breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines can mean a warning, feature limits, suspension or permanent removal, depending on what a review finds. Serious violations may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

You can stop using ChaturbateCall whenever you like. Where an account is removed for a violation, unused tokens are generally not refunded.

10. Privacy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. It is written in the same plain English as this page.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

ChaturbateCall is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not vouch for the identity or conduct of other users — meeting people online carries risk that no platform can remove entirely.

To the maximum extent the law allows, ChaturbateCall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes and Contact

These terms change as the product does. Continued use after an update means accepting the new version, and we make material changes visible where we reasonably can.
